Having arrived in the UK in 2004, after a long construction career in Poland, Henryk established himself as a hardworking and knowledgeable tradesman in his new home. He soon found employment in large building companies, in which he swiftly progressed to the role of Site Manager. Henryk gained respect for his commitment to his role and trade. Namely, his perfectionism, team management and time management skills. He became one of the most valued managers within his firm.
